I am currently a second-year Fine Arts student at Chelsea College of Arts, UAL. I was an IB student at Hwa Chong, where I did not take any art subjects, but I had been studying fine arts in my own time and received offers from both Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts. I stand out through my non-art backgrounds, where I did not receive strong influence from the more technically centered practice in A-level equivalent art subjects, but rather have a strong understanding of conceptual practice in the arts, which is much more prioritized in university-level portfolio applications. I have conducted extensive research on what is required in portfolios and what universities look for in applications. I do not provide advice on technical aspects in your practice, only on the conceptual and methodological approaches in your artworks. I am very friendly and easygoing, as I am still a student :) But, of course, we will focus where it is needed.

🎨 About Me My name is Alina (artist name: Malden Franko), and I’m a professional artist and tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience in academic drawing, painting, anatomy, comics, and anime-style illustration. I studied at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAOMA) in Kyiv, where I earned a Master’s degree in Graphic Arts with a strong focus on classical art, human anatomy, and art history. I also hold an MSc in Marketing, Management, and Communication from Toulouse Business School, France. 👩‍🎓 Over the years, I have worked with students of all levels — from complete beginners to aspiring professionals — helping them prepare for art school entrance exams, develop technical skills, and create personal projects. My name is Rena Matha. I have been teaching children and teenagers to paint with watercolors and other painting media at the Fine Art School in Rayong, Thailand. Since last year, I have also been teaching watercolor painting to adults as a private instructor. I have developed my own unique and personalized approach to teaching watercolor painting, which works very well for both private 1-1 lessons and small group classes. My name is Israel, a visual artist who transitioned from traditional art to digital art. I trained under African art masters before moving to Europe. While I have a formal education in Business and Computer studies, my passion for art is my primary focus. My experiences have influenced and elevated my creativity to a different level, combining two worlds. I have worked with art masters in painting, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and graphic design, using this knowledge to blaze my own path as a dynamic artist, focusing mainly on paintings and illustrations. I work with traditional art materials such as pen, ink, charcoal, graphite, pencil, watercolor, pastels, gouache, acrylics, and oils. Additionally, I utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Clip Studio Paint for artistic representation. I am an independent art curator with a degree in MA Curating and Collections from the University of the Arts London (UAL). I am excited to teach art to younger children who would like to develop their skills and conceptual practices. I am also experienced in art portfolio preparation for higher education students who are seeking feedback and critique to develop the best outcomes and practices.

Experienced visual artist and art educator with a strong background in fine arts, illustration, and curation. Passionate about fostering creativity, I have taught over 50 art courses, mentored young artists, and conducted workshops locally and internationally. My teaching style emphasizes open discussion and practical practice, encouraging students to explore their artistic voices. As a result, many of my students have successfully exhibited their work, pursued further studies in art, and developed their unique artistic identities. As a founding member of Pann Chi Studio, I organize art programs and exhibitions to promote Myanmar art.

I graduated with a Fine Art degree in the UK and have since had a range of creative jobs. I have experience in art (drawing, painting, printmaking, etc.) and have taught both children and adults. I am also an illustrator working with ink and pen, as well as digital tools. I have experience with graphic design tools as well, including the Adobe Creative Suite. Im able to teach and help develop fixed briefs and projects, or help develop specific skills including using Adobe programs as long as the student has their own computer/ iPad and access to the program. I believe everyone is creative; it's just a case of finding your own personal creativity and letting go of expectations. As a creative, I also have experience in considering 'how we see things' and how we can then represent them. This can be really helpful for high school art and design students. I also have commercial experience.

With a background in architecture and a Master’s degree in Painting, I combine the precision of design with the creativity of fine art. This unique blend of skills allows me to bring a fresh approach to art, where structure and expression harmonize. With years of experience, I am passionate about sharing this creative perspective and helping others learn and grow in their artistic journey.
